raw food that is easy to make, using food-combining, that promotes
a level of health that is very high. The Simple raw-vegan diet is
nutrient dense, using fresh, raw, living, organic food whenever
possible. As a chef, I help with food buying, preparation and set
personalized menus for my clients, depending on their goal.
As a Raw Food Nutrition Therapist, I help heal my clients thru the
right raw-vegan diet specially tailored for them. I offer people
help in understanding why the diet works, as well as using great
recipes and remedies.
As a Raw Food Lifestyle Coach, I help my client’s transition
safely, to a raw vegan diet. I help deal with the physical, mental
and spiritual challenges, and motivate people to stay on the raw
diet.
